9. Photo & Video: We may ask for your permission to record video or take photos before, during, and after procedures at AMG. All of these videos and photos may be used again for informational or promotional purposes. How to Update Your Personal Information

We will gladly and expediently comply with your request. Please note that certain confidential clients files related to services that have been provided are part of a permanent record that must be kept in accordance with federal law.
